8ft tables $80 each

Wall space with access to electric is on first come basis. Inner tables can have power strip added please ask for added cost. All tables are pre-paid in advance. 

Each table comes with two chairs. Additional chairs will be available in the Ballrooms.

Please call 860-840-6171 to book. We are filling up fast and wall space is down to just a few.

We have radio ads booked to promote the show. Facebook event page, FB ads, twitter posts and ads, mass email news letters, post card mailing, event sites and so much more to let people know about the show. Live music!

Load in is morning of the show 8am. We ask everyone to load in by 9:30am as show opens at 10am.
